I work where technology, economics and institutions collide - exploring how new technologies change the systems around us, how incentives shape what gets built, and how institutions can adapt without losing public trust.

My work ranges from policy and economic ideas to experimental technical projects, including privacy-preserving systems, new approaches to digital governance and tools for making complex institutional problems more tangible. I'm particularly interested in ideas that can move beyond papers and proposals into things that can actually be tested, challenged and built.
